Annet Mahendru
Mahendru, a Russian-Indian mother was born in Afghanistan. She speaks fluent German, Russian English and also French Persian and Hindi. Her parents are Russian and Indian. A choreographed performance at age 11 which aired on German television, turned her into an Russian dancer and snow maiden. After high school, she graduated and earned a bachelor's degree in English from New York. She was a student of improv and comedy at Groundlings School after leaving HB Studio. Her parents were a Hindu and Indian father Ghanshan K Mahendru. She also had an Indian father, and a Russian mom Olga. She moved with her father to New York at the age of thirteen years old. She stars in FX's The Americans alongside Matthew Rhys. The Americans' Nina Sergeevna Krilova was her best-known role. Her most well-known role is her recurring roles in Fox's The Following & NBC's The Blacklist.
